GINOP SOLAR PANEL TENDER

Beck&Söhne Kft. received support on 27.09.2021 within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program within the framework of the call for proposals entitled "Support for building energy developments aimed at the use of renewable energy and increasing energy efficiency" with code number GINOP-4.1.4-19 issued by the Ministry of Finance on 21.10.2019.

Project goal: To achieve a reduction in primary energy consumption and an increase in the use of renewable energy sources.

With the help of European Union funding, a 27.84 kW solar panel system was installed.

This project contributes to the improvement of the energy saving and energy efficiency of the Borveranda restaurant located at 7771 Palkonya, Fő utca 50. (194. hrsz.), as well as to the implementation of investments aimed at the use of renewable energy sources. It simultaneously serves to strengthen environmentally conscious economic competitiveness, reduce the environmental load and the amount of primary energy used, and alleviate the burdens of the enterprise related to overhead costs. The aim of the application is to strive for environmental awareness and strengthen our economic competitiveness. By using renewable energy sources at a higher rate, our company also contributes to the development of the green economy. With the help of GINOP-4.1-4-19, the tender, based on the current and estimated electricity consumption data following energy developments, we view our built system as a particularly economical and environmentally friendly investment.

The investment contributes to improving the quality of our services and increasing our competitiveness.

GINOP DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

Beck & Söhne Kft. received support on 19.01.2022 within the framework of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program within the framework of the call entitled "Support for the development of micro and small enterprises operating in disadvantaged settlements" with code number GINOP-1.2.9-20.

The following kitchen equipment was purchased within the framework of the project:

 

1 pc Display refrigerated display case 280 liters

1 pc Heated transfer shelf, two-level, with bottom-top heating

1 pc Electric 2x10 liter deep fryer

2 pcs Inox industrial freezers

2 pcs Gross 404 liter, LIEBHERR freezer chests

1 pc Plate holder service stand.

 

We replaced the old outdated kitchen technological equipment with modern energy-saving equipment, and we acquired new equipment due to capacity expansion and increasing the efficiency of the kitchen. This development increases the efficiency of the kitchen, which allows us to serve a larger number of guests per unit of time. In the long term, it helps us to serve our guests with higher quality, more varied dishes.

In addition to being energy-efficient, the above devices contribute to faster, higher-quality service to guests, thereby increasing guest satisfaction, which is a key issue in the hospitality sector.

In addition, the company's employee participated in barista training. Furthermore, wage cost support was also used within the framework of this project.

The primary goal of the development is technological development, expanding the company's service capacity, increasing its competitiveness and income-generating ability, and meeting guest needs at a high level.
